ShowingIQ ("we," "us") is operated by Yujin Network, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. The Service is intended for real estate professionals aged 18+, not for children.
Only to provide and improve the Service: transcription, AI draft generation, narration, syncing, support, billing, and abuse prevention. We do not sell your personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not use your content to train AI models.
We use a small number of vetted service providers to operate the Service, strictly under contracts that limit them to processing data on our behalf. They fall into these categories:

Data is stored in Canada and processed by providers in the United States; limited administrative access occurs from the Republic of Korea. Wherever it is processed, we protect it as described here.
Encryption in transit, access controls that restrict each account to its own data (row-level security), private storage with expiring links, and least-privilege API keys. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data proportionate to its sensitivity.
Depending on your state (e.g., California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. Contact hello@showingiqapp.com — we honor verified requests regardless of your state. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, so no opt-out is needed.
When you dictate notes about clients, you act as the business deciding to record that information; keep your obligations to your clients and brokerage in mind, and do not dictate sensitive personal data (e.g., government IDs, financial account numbers, health information).
