Include your device model and, if it helps, a screenshot. You don't need an account name — we can look things up from the email you write from.

Getting started

Your first 3 voice notes are free — no account or card required. Open the app, tap Record, and talk for about 30 seconds after a showing.
ShowingIQ is designed for solo dictation only. Record your own notes — never conversations with clients.
An internet connection is needed to process notes; a note usually takes a few seconds to come back as a recap plus drafts.

Keep the phone mounted within arm's reach in the car — the built-in mic at 40–60 cm gives the most accurate transcripts.
If a call or navigation prompt interrupts a recording, the app pauses and vibrates; what you said is safe and you can resume or save.

ShowingIQ Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play — we never see or store your card details.
To cancel: iPhone — Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android — Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.
Bought Pro before on the same store account? Use Restore Purchases in the app's paywall or Settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies — we're happy to point you to the right form.

Delete any note in the app — its audio and drafts are removed with it.
Delete your entire account in Settings → Delete account — this permanently removes your account, notes, drafts, and stored audio.
Voice recordings are automatically deleted 90 days after processing. Details in our Privacy Policy.
