What ShowingIQ is not

It never sends email or texts on the agent's behalf — the agent reviews and sends from their own Mail or Messages app.

Founder

ShowingIQ is built and run by Mingyu Kim, an independent founder, under Yujin Network. The app grew out of one observation: agents lose the details of a showing by the time they reach the next one, and the follow-up that should go out that evening goes out late or not at all.
