Everything agents ask before their first note — pricing, trial, privacy, and what the app does and doesn't do.
ShowingIQ turns a 30-second voice note after a showing into a written recap and a follow-up email and text you can review, edit, and send yourself. First 3 notes free; Pro is $59.99/month or $489.99/year with a 14-day free trial. Available for iPhone and Android in the United States.
ShowingIQ is a voice notes app for U.S. real estate agents. After a showing you record about 30 seconds in your own words; the app transcribes it and writes a structured showing recap plus a follow-up email and text draft that you review and send from your own Mail or Messages app.
Your first 3 notes are free, with no card and no account. ShowingIQ Pro is US$59.99 per month or US$489.99 per year. Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Start a monthly or annual subscription and the first 14 days are free. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won't be charged. If you keep it, the plan you chose renews at the standard price. Store rules apply: one introductory offer per Apple ID (per subscription group) and one per Google account for this app.
In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — the same place you manage any subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
No. It writes the draft and opens your own Mail or Messages app with it. You read it, edit anything, and press send yourself. It never connects to your email account and never sends on your behalf.
No. ShowingIQ is built for solo dictation — you talk into your own phone after the showing. It is not designed to record conversations with other people.
Yes. If you record with no signal, the note is stored on your phone and uploads the next time you open the app online. Processing usually takes 10–20 seconds once the note is uploaded.
It writes a structured recap (client, property, what they liked, concerns, action items), drafts a follow-up email and text, and files the note under the client. Clients are sorted by buying stage and reaction, with no data entry.
No, and it doesn't replace one. It fills the gap between the showing and the CRM entry — the moment when the details are still in your head and nobody has written them down.
Not currently. Action items from your notes appear in a follow-up checklist you can tick off. There is no calendar integration or scheduled reminders.
Yes. Tap the speaker and the draft is read aloud. When it finishes, large buttons let you send it or say what to change, and the draft is rewritten from your voice.
Drafts exclude any statement about protected classes — race, religion, national origin, familial status, disability and so on — even if it was in your memo, and the app flags that a remark was removed so you can review. Keep follow-ups about the property.
You. Your notes are never sold and are never used to train AI models. There are no ads. You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings at any time.
